KAMLOOPS, BC––Parents of children wishing to play organized
soccer in 2012 have until February 1st to register their child(ren)
to be guaranteed a place on a Kamloops Youth Soccer Association
(KYSA) team.
This year, parents have the option of registering on-line or
manually through the KYSA office on McArthur Island.
The KYSA runs leagues that start in mid-April and run to the end of
June, for boys and girls in the U-5 to U-18 age groups. Players in
the U-5 to U-12 divisions also participate in a fall season which
starts when the youngsters return to school in September and runs
through the early part of October.
Registration fees for the KYSA’s 2012 House League Program are
$165.00 (U-5 to U-10) and $185.00 (U-11 to U-18) per player. A
family discount of $50 is offered to parents who register three or
more children.
Anyone signing up after February 1st will be charged an additional
$25.00 late registration fee and will be placed on a waiting list in
the event teams in their age group are full.

www.kysa.net where they will find details on the two registration
options.

The KYSA will be entering a total of 20 boys and girls rep teams in this year’s Thompson-Okanagan Youth Soccer League (TOYSL) and in Provincial Cup play in age groups ranging from U-12 to U-18. Players on these teams were selected through tryouts held in July of last year.
